Beyond her work as a perceptive and tenacious researcher, she deploys her formidable writing skills to deliver material that powerfully and memorably articulate her clients' key messages. She also offers intensive individual presentation coaching to ensure these messages are delivered with maximum impact on the target audience and minimum pain for the messenger concerned.

Molly's clients include Virgin Atlantic, Sony, Shell, Sage, Bank of New York Mellon, Vodafone and BAe Systems.

After reading Modern History at Oxford university, she began her career as a market maker in FTSE Options for S.G. Warburg before moving into journalism and strategic opinion research - roles that have all added to her strengths as a communications consultant.

Melissa spent 6 years as Director of Investor Relations for Vodafone Group Plc reporting directly into the Group Chief Executive. Prior to that she was a telecommunications analyst in the City. A rigorous and highly experienced project manager, she specialises in researching all aspects of her clients' brand and corporate narratives and creating and managing any consequent communication plans and activities. Her most recent projects include conducting stakeholder communications audit for a leading property investment group, fund marketing for a private equity business and delivering a complete brand narrative for a hedge fund client.
